This is a vintage red & black felt hat with a black accordion tulle trim. The hat is in great vintage condition, but no name. You will be a show stopper in this hat. Sequins black trim around the hat, and the black feathers trim the back and part of the top. 13" in diameter and approximately 3 3 1/2" high.
